Resilience might be defined as the ability to bounce back. I would like to change that just a bit. I believe almost all of us have the ability to bounce back. If that is the case, then why are some people stuck and why do some people bounce back? Perspectives? Negative thought patterns verses Positive thoughts are key components in Resilience.Tip the scale on the side of positive thoughts to start building resilience in your life. Look forward to the future and hold onto memories that are positive. Do not entertain those that take you to a bad place. Choose Resilience.

Chances are when you read the word Resilience a person popped into your head. They exemplify recovery from a tragic, devastating, or very hard situation. What can you learn from that person? Few if any of us will escape this life without facing a situation that will give opportunity to choose Resilience.
